The upgraded OMNI Tug is the current production model, developed with more drive power, refined controls and updated build details. It keeps the OMNI wheel system that lets you steer an aircraft in any direction without lifting, and adds new 1 kW drive motors for stronger pulling power, improved operator controls, a new twist throttle, a large LED work light, a 360 degree beacon, an improved wiring harness and updated aircraft adaptor options.

Vector Drive is run by an industrial designer and pilot with decades of hands-on aircraft and ground-handling experience. The tug is designed around real aircraft and real hangars, with quality industrial components built to last, not built to a price.

Will it fit your aircraft?

The standard OMNI Tug includes our common Brackett adaptor, which suits Cirrus, many Piper aircraft, and many Cessna singles and twins. Brackett makes adaptor fittings for around 50 aircraft types, and all of them fit the OMNI Tug.

If your aircraft needs a different Brackett adaptor or a riser plate, we will confirm that with you. These are sold separately and are not included in the early deposit offer. Enter your aircraft type when you reserve and we will check the right setup before your tug ships.
