Frequently asked questions
Questions, answered.
Plain answers about the OMNI Tug, the $500 deposit, freight and delivery.
Deposit & payment
-
Yes. The $500 deposit is fully refundable until your OMNI Tug is ready for final dispatch.
-
You pay the $500 refundable deposit now. The remaining balance, $5,287 plus your fixed airport freight, is invoiced before dispatch.
-
The deposit reserves the standard OMNI Tug with our common adaptor. Additional Brackett adaptors or riser plates for other aircraft are available separately and are not part of the deposit offer.
-
The $1,500 saving is limited to the first 10 customers only.
Delivery & freight
-
Freight is a fixed price per airport, based on your delivery airport ICAO code. You see the amount on the product page before you pay, and it is confirmed at the time of deposit.
-
To licensed and public airport delivery points only: airports, hangars, aero clubs and aircraft maintenance facilities. Residential addresses, private strips, dirt strips and remote properties are excluded or quoted separately.
-
The current Australian delivery target is November 2026. We confirm timing as your build is scheduled.
-
You are responsible for safe unloading at delivery. The crate weighs around 170 kg, so a forklift or suitable mechanical unloading equipment is strongly recommended.
Aircraft fit & next steps
-
The standard OMNI Tug includes our common Brackett adaptor, which suits Cirrus, many Piper aircraft, and many Cessna singles and twins. Brackett makes adaptor fittings for around 50 aircraft types, and they all fit the OMNI Tug. Tell us your aircraft type and we will confirm the right setup.
-
We confirm your configuration, lock in your price and freight, and keep you updated on your build and delivery. Your deposit holds your place in the early production allocation.
